ANS: copy from the 1st pic and changed the color of the starch inside the condom to blue-black and the color of water outside the condom to brown. (mind the condoms, lazy type visking tubing, besides it looks like a condom)

ANS: starch molecules r to big to fit through partially permeable membrane(condom) hence no starch gets out to the iodine solution outside, hence outside remains brown.
